Timothy Griffin's work experience starts with their role as the Principal at Wellbrook Hospitality, where they provide targeted advisory services, brand development, and financial management for hospitality businesses. Timothy then co-founded LEVEN, a lifestyle hotel concept in Manchester, and designed the first LEVEN hotel with spacious bedrooms and an artfully designed lobby and lounge. Additionally, Timothy founded Dish Dust, a company that aims to eliminate plastic washing up liquid bottles by creating a washing up powder made from natural ingredients. Timothy also served as an Advisory Board Member for Hospitality Design and as the Consulting Managing Director for Intelligent Change, where they oversaw the creation and publication of The Five Minute Journal and the Productivity Planner. Prior to these roles, Timothy worked as the Managing Director for North America at Ennismore, where they focused on providing vibrant and welcoming public spaces for The Hoxton hotels. Timothy also worked as the Brand Director for The Hoxton and held various roles including General Manager and Director of Operations at The Hoxton, Shoreditch. Timothy's earlier experience includes executive positions at Royal Lancaster London and Hilton Short Hills, where they specialized in food and beverage management, house management, and front office operations.

Timothy Griffin earned a BA (Hons) degree in Hospitality Management from the University of West London, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Griffin completed an Accelerated Talent Development Program at the Cranfield School of Management. The exact duration of this program is unknown.
