Queenie Yang

Queenie Yang has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2019. Queenie started as an Academic Coach at the University of San Francisco, where they were involved in curriculum planning and academic guidance programs. In 2015, they worked as a Training & Development Specialist at a company called "Womai," where they planned and implemented a high-potential talent development program. Queenie then joined EPAM Systems in 2016 as an HRBP and was responsible for training, performance management, and team building. From 2017 to 2019, Queenie worked at BGI Genomics as a Training Program Manager, focusing on designing and implementing training programs for high-potential talents. Currently, they are working at Lever Style as a Training & Development Manager and CEO Assistant, where they built the company's training system from scratch and oversees multiple teams in the Production Department, managing team members and project management.

From 2012 to 2014, Queenie Yang attended the University of San Francisco, where they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor.
