Nate leads [Lever](/org/lever) in our mission to offer talent leaders the reach of a marketing leader, the forecast of a sales leader, and the insight of a finance leader in a unified TRM platform. He’s passionate about enterprise software’s potential for business transformation, user experience, and human connection. Prior to [Lever](/org/lever), Nate was a product manager on Google Analytics and the Google Search team. He led the first major redesign of Google’s image search UI, which launched in July 2010. Nate received a degree in electrical and computer engineering from Olin College, at which he was a member of the school’s second ever graduating class.

Lori Ellsworth leads the product and design teams at [Lever](/org/lever). She brings her track record in leading passionate people to solve challenging business problems using a customer-centric approach. Lori has been delivering customer value for over 30 years in both product leadership and general management roles, most recently as Vice President, Product Management at [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce). Lori earned her MBA at the Schulich School of Business [York University](/org/york-university) in Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Mathematics from the [University of Waterloo](/org/university-of-waterloo).

Tom Beecher is the SVP of Engineering at [Lever](/org/lever). Tom has over 25 years of experience in the software engineering field. Tom has held various positions at different companies, including [Blackboard](/org/blackboard), [Saba](/org/saba-es), OneSource Information Services, Newmarket International, Avid, Hewlett Packard Apollo, and Compaq Computer Corporation. Tom's experience and expertise has helped him become a well-respected leader in the software engineering industry.

Keshila Shannon leads the marketing team at [Lever](/org/lever). She focuses on technology solutions that provide a rich candidate experience that enables business outcomes for thousands of customers worldwide. With a tenured background in employee experience and 20+ years in Marketing, Keshila has a long track record of building-integrated stories that capture the customers’ voice, campaigns that generate pipeline, and building and supporting team members of varied experience and contribution.

Rob leads [Lever](/org/lever)’s global sales team, where he focuses his passion for recruiting and developing high-performance enterprise sales talent. Prior to joining [Lever](/org/lever), Rob was Vice President, Software and Services Sales at NetSuite, where he successfully built a sales organization that aggressively scaled up-market, ultimately delivering more than $50M in annual new business bookings. Rob has been leading sales teams for over 12 years, and in addition to NetSuite has led teams at Percolate, SAP and Business Objects. Rob earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, as well as his Bachelor of Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.

Todd leads the Implementation, Professional Services, Support, and Success teams at [Lever](/org/lever). Todd is also responsible for our Partnerships and Business Development team. Todd brings a customer first mindset and is on a quest to deliver the best customer experience in the industry for [Lever](/org/lever) customers. Todd thrives at the intersection of product, people, and business needs with proven results building award winning customer solutions, service and support teams. Todd brings more than 25 years of experience from startups and large public companies alike, including Practice Fusion, the Associated Press, IBM and [Accenture](/org/accenture). His experience ranges across customer success, sales, product management, software development, and consulting. Todd holds a degree in Engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Jess leads the sales and the sales development team at [Lever](/org/lever). She brings 10+ years of personalized software sales and leadership experience, by way of Bullhorn, ToutApp and Marketo. At [Lever](/org/lever), she continues to cultivate a sales culture that is both deeply empathetic and delivers results that demonstrate her team is empowered to create a valuable experience for the companies we engage with. Jess is a wife, mother and New Jersey native, who comes from a family of sales professionals. She attended the [University of Connecticut](/org/university-of-connecticut) and specialized in Professional Selling.

They also have a variety of educational backgrounds, from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering to Santa Rosa Junior College. This experience and education gives the team the ability to lead Lever successfully into the future.
