Lucy Zarlengo

Lucy Zarlengo (Moran) is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Employ since October 2023, Lucy previously held the same title at Bonterra and Social Solutions. Prior to these positions, Lucy was the VP of Global Demand Generation at Thomson Reuters and SVP of Demand Generation, Brand & Digital Marketing at Dun & Bradstreet, where responsibilities included strategy and execution across multiple marketing functions. Lucy's career began at The Martz Agency and has included significant roles at Dell and Moxie, focusing on brand strategy, demand generation, and client relationship management. Lucy holds an M.A. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
