Marko Satarain

Marko Satarain serves as the Sr. Director, Talent Management (Chief Learning Officer) at Levi Strauss & Co. since April 2012 and holds a position on the Board of Directors at Positive Resource Center since March 2012. Prior experience includes a tenure at Gap Inc. from March 1998 to March 2012 in various HR roles, culminating as the Director of Performance, Engagement & Recognition, where Marko developed strategies to foster a high-performance culture. Additionally, Marko contributed to the Thought Leader Gathering from 2002 to 2012, collaborating with industry leaders to address contemporary business challenges. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Learning Consultant at California State Automobile Association (AAA) from January 1989 to June 1998, focusing on leadership development and executive coaching. Marko holds an MA in Instructional Design and a BS in Business, Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
