Lital Zigelboim-Dvir has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Lital has experience working with various companies, starting with their role as a Senior Recruiter at Alexander Mann Solutions in 2012. Lital then moved on to Google, where they worked as a Technical Sourcer and later as a Technical Recruiter. Lital also gained experience at Facebook as a Senior Technical Recruiter before joining WhatsApp Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter Leader for the EMEA region.

Lital's expertise in talent acquisition continued to grow as they took on leadership roles at On Deck as the Global Head of Recruiting and at Heart Mind Talent Ltd as the Founder and Managing Director. Lital also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Nous and Levity. Currently, Lital holds the position of Global Talent Partner at Kin AI and Verified Global. Throughout their career, Lital has demonstrated a strong ability to hire top talent, develop efficient recruitment processes, and build relationships with hiring managers.

Lital Zigelboim-Dvir holds a BA in Educational Consulting & Political Science from the University of Haifa, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Lital then pursued an MBA in Human Resource from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2007 to 2009. In 2020-2021, Lital completed a Special Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy program at Special Yoga. Additionally, they have experience as a group leader at Bar-Ilan University in 2005.
