Siddharth Kumar

Siddharth Kumar has a strong background in change management and consultancy. Siddharth currently holds the role of VP - Consultancy & Change Management at Levrara Consulting Group, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global) starting from December 2022. Siddharth'swork at ACMP involved setting strategic direction and overseeing activities to lead and innovate change practices.

Before joining Levrara Consulting Group and ACMP Global, Siddharth had various roles at HSBC. Siddharth served as an Assistant Vice President - Core Finance Change Delivery from November 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager - Finance Change Delivery from August 2018 to October 2020. Siddharth also worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Manager in the Finance Change Delivery team from 2014 to 2018. Siddharth'searly career experience includes working as an Assistant Manager - Business Information Modeling at HSBC and as a Senior Business Associate at Fidelity International.

Siddharth Kumar completed their education in the field of finance. Siddharth obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in finance from the FORE School of Management in New Delhi. Siddharth attended the school from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Siddharth obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in finance from the New Delhi Institute of Management, IP University. Siddharth completed their undergraduate studies from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Siddharth pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Siddharth obtained the Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) certification from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global) in June 2022. In August 2020, Siddharth obtained the PRINCE2® Practitioner CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Siddharth also holds the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they acquired in December 2021.
