Amber Rustlie has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Line Cook at Republic Chophouse for six months. Amber then moved on to Leatherheads Brewing company as a Line Cook for a summer. In 2015, they joined Delaware North as a Cook 2 and worked there for three years until 2018. During their college years, Amber held two summer internship positions as a Summer Intern at Lafayette Club in 2018 and The Clubs at Houston Oaks in 2019. In 2022, they became a Banquet Captain at Cherokee Country Club for three months before taking on the role of Food and Beverage Manager at Oak Ridge Country Club. Most recently, they started working at Levy Restaurants as a Premium Food and Beverage Manager in April 2023.

Amber Rustlie's education history includes attending the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a degree in Golf Enterprise Management with a focus on Club Management. Additionally, from 2017 to 2021, they also pursued a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management with a focus on the Club Industry.
