Derek Dowling has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Derek started their career at Diamond Concessions in 1998, where they worked as an Ecenter until 2001. In 2001, they joined Levy Restaurants as the GM of Concessions and held this position until 2002. Derek then transitioned to the role of Director of Concessions from 2003 to 2007. Derek returned to Levy Restaurants in 2008 as an Assistant Director of Operations and later became the Director of Operations in 2019. Currently, Derek is still working in this role at Levy Restaurants.
Derek Dowling attended Mississippi State University from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Derek has also obtained a certification in Servsafe from the National Restaurant Association in February 2010.
