Heather Nichols

Regional Director Of Operations at Levy Restaurants

Heather Nichols has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Heather started their career as a Marketing Coordinator for the Kansas City Wizards in 2007. In this role, they organized interviews and media coverage, as well as built relationships with local businesses and schools to maximize community involvement.

In 2008, Heather joined American Airlines Center as a Manager of Premium Services. Heather'sresponsibilities included hiring, training, and managing event concierge staff. Heather also managed approximately 150-200 accounts annually, providing excellent customer service for games, concerts, and events.

Heather then joined Aramark in 2010, where they initially served as a Premium Suites & Catering Manager. Heather oversaw high volume catered food and beverage operations, including suites and catering for 81 games per season. Heather also managed non-event day events, operated restaurants and clubs, and worked on planning and executing the 2012 All-Star game. Later, Heather became the Premium Services Division Manager at Aramark, responsible for the Soldier Field premium department and Northerly Island Amphitheater concessions and VIP locations.

In 2014, Heather began working for Americrown as the Regional Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, they ran all food and beverage operations for various speedways, including concessions, suites, and hospitality areas. Heather also contributed to winning the account for the Iowa Speedway through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Heather's most recent position is at Levy Restaurants, where they have held the role of Regional Operations Manager and now serves as the Regional Director of Operations. Heather oversees operations within their region, ensuring efficient and effective management.

Heather Nichols attended The University of Kansas from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
