Jane Byrd

Jane Byrd has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Jane currently holds the position of Managing Director at Compass Cymru, a role they assumed in April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Operations Director at Levy Restaurants starting from October 2011. In addition, they hold the position of Vice Chair on the regional advisory board at Springboard, a role they have held since February 2021.

Earlier in their career, Jane worked at Compass Group, where they held the role of General Manager from July 2009 to October 2011. Before that, they served as General Manager at Levy Restaurants from March 2008 to June 2009. Prior to these roles, they worked at Compass Group in various capacities, including Deputy General Manager from October 2005 to February 2008, Retail Catering Manager from August 2004 to October 2005, and Graduate Trainee from August 2003 to July 2004.
