Mark Hill

Mark Hill is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in executive leadership and kitchen management. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Levy Restaurants since March 2023, Mark oversees three restaurants, focusing on menu planning, labor management, and team building. Previously, Mark held the position of Executive Chef at AJ Hudson's, The Albion Manor, and The Dandy Crown, where responsibilities included menu development and kitchen culture transformation. Mark also has experience as a Chef/Partner at MLC Group Chicago, and has held various chef positions at VU Rooftop Bar, Mastro's Restaurants, and Trader Todd's, where Mark successfully revitalized food programs and enhanced culinary standards. Mark's career began with formal education in culinary arts and hospitality from the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
