Regional Supply Chain Manager East at Levy Restaurants

Megan Grinels has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Megan started their career in 2003 as an F&B Supervisor at Marriott International, where they worked until 2007. In 2008, they joined Westin Charlotte as an Asst Outlets Manager/Catering Sales Manager, a role they held until 2009. Megan then moved on to work as a Banquet Manager/Convention Service Manager at Radisson Warwick Plaza from 2009 to 2010. Following this, they joined Hilton Worldwide as a Director of Banquets from 2010 to 2012. Megan then joined Levy Restaurants in 2012 as the Director of Banquets and Catering until 2013, and later served as an Assistant Director of Operations from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Megan joined Harbor Magic Hotels as a General Manager until September of the same year. Megan returned to Levy Restaurants in 2016 as the Director of Suites until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Director of Concessions. Megan'smost recent role at Levy Restaurants, starting in 2018, is the Regional Supply Chain Manager - East, a position they currently hold.

Megan Grinels has pursued a BA in Business Management at Norfolk State University. Prior to that, they continued their BA in Business Management at the Community College of Philadelphia. Specific start and end years for each institution are not provided.
