Msol Kimberly Hewlin

Kimberly Hewlin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kimberly began their career in 2012 as a Staffing Coordinator at Belmont Village of Buckhead Senior Living, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. as a Customer Care Specialist and stayed with the company until 2019. In 2019, they joined Levy Restaurants, initially working as a Human Resources Coordinator until the end of the year. Kimberly then progressed to the role of Human Resources Supervisor from January 2020 to August 2021. Kimberly continued their growth within the company, becoming a Human Resources Manager from September 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Levy Restaurants since January 2023. In addition to their corporate experience, they are also a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi since October 2022.

Kimberly Hewlin, MSOL, SHRM-CP has a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Leadership from Brenau University, with a field of study in Human Resources Management. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, with a specialization in Human Resources Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Kimberly obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2022. Kimberly also completed the SHRM-CP HR Certification Course at Clayton State University in May 2021. Moreover, they earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in December 2021.

Kimberly has further certifications including Fundamentals of Agile Project Management and Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management from the Project Management Institute, which were obtained in September 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Human Resource Management Specialist and Management and Leadership Specialist from Georgia Piedmont Technical College (formerly DeKalb Technical College) in July 2017.
