Pernell Morton

Pernell Morton is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Senior Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants since June 2021. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Marriott International, where Pernell held the position of Executive Chef since April 2009, and also worked with Convene, Thompson Hospitality, and Marriott Hotels in various executive chef roles. Further experience includes a tenure at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Pernell advanced from restaurant chef to several sous chef positions. Pernell Morton's culinary education was achieved at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, earning an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from 1996 to 1998.
