Sal Aguilar

Sal Aguilar has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2004 as a Banquet Captain at Rancho Bernardo Inn. Sal then worked as a Banquet Captain at Fairmont Grand Del Mar from 2008 to 2016. Aguilar continued their career as a Banquet Captain at Wave Crest Resorts from 2012 to 2016. Sal then transitioned to become a Banquet Manager at Boston Harbor Hotel from 2016 to 2017. Aguilar then served as an Assistant Director of Banquets at Royal Sonesta Boston from 2017 to 2019. Their next role was as the Director of Event Operations at Fairmont Copley Plaza from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Aguilar is serving as the Director of Catering Operations at Levy Restaurants starting from October 2022.
