Netrisha Pillay

Netrisha Pillay is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Divisional Human Resource Manager at Lewis Group Ltd since November 2021, Netrisha oversees recruitment for management roles and manages HR functions for 54 branches across several provinces. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at Oxford Freshmarket, where key responsibilities involved administration, reporting, and talent management. Netrisha has also held positions at Durban University of Technology as a Human Resources Tutor, and various Human Resources Partner roles at MTN SA Retail Stores, where expertise in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws was developed.
