James Voyles

James Voyles is of counsel in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group in the Phoenix office. He advises companies and investors working in real estate and project development. James is a co-lead in the firm’s industry team focusing on the unique life-cycle challenges and opportunities associated with the decommissioning, recycling, and repowering of renewable energy facilities that have reached the end of their useful life.
