Peter Franz

Peter Franz currently serves as a Senior Manager in Customer Experience at BMO US, having held various roles within the company since July 2016, including Product Experience Delivery Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. In addition to his corporate experience, Peter has been a Professor of Business Administration at both Lewis University and Aurora University since December 2020 and December 2021, respectively. Previous roles include Sales and Service Manager at U.S. Bank, Program Director at i9 Sports, Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank and Chase, and General Manager at Cardinal Fitness. Peter holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and an MBA from the University of St. Francis, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Sport Management from Lewis University and several other certifications in finance and training.
