Eric McNamar

Eric McNamar is an experienced trial and appellate attorney currently practicing at Lewis Wagner, LLP since March 2014, specializing in insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and complex litigation including aviation and general tort cases. Previously, Eric served as an attorney at Keller Macaluso LLC, focusing on business and aviation litigation, and at Condon & Forsyth LLP as a litigation associate involved in major aviation disaster cases. Earlier, Eric worked at Schultz & Pogue in commercial and products liability litigation and completed a judicial clerkship at the Indiana Supreme Court. Eric holds a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Purdue University.
