Erin Marini, MBA has a diverse work experience in customer success, sales, and operations. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for LexCheck. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Experience Specialist for Statflo from 2020-2022. From 2015-2020, they worked in Sales, Assistant Operations Manager, and Front Office Supervisor roles for Fairmont Royal York. In 2014, they worked as an Executive Assistant and Beach Club Manager for Hamilton Princess, Bermuda.

Erin Marini holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Erin also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & English from Dalhousie University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011.
