Kathy Toma

Kathy Toma is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in literacy and instructional leadership. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for LETRS State Success - East Domain and previously as the LETRS State Success Manager for North Carolina at Lexia Learning since September 2021, Kathy has demonstrated a commitment to improving literacy outcomes. Prior to this role, Kathy spent over 16 years at Wake County Public School System, where responsibilities included Director of K-12 Literacy, Senior Administrator in various capacities, and engaging teaching roles in middle school language arts. Kathy holds a Master of Education from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
