Karen Snyder

Karen Snyder currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Corporate Counsel at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 2023 and has founded K. Snyder Consulting, LLC in August 2023. Additionally, Karen volunteers pro bono with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers since April 2022. Previous roles include Associate Director at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals from June 2021 to April 2023, Associate Director of Compliance at MorphoSys from April 2020 to June 2021, and various positions at Takeda and Surgical Specialties Corporation TM, culminating in a Senior Paralegal role. Karen began a career in legal as a Contracts Paralegal at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from June 2014 to October 2015. Karen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from King's College.
