Michael previously held various sales and training roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., inVentiv Health Commercial, and Purdue University Calumet. Michael has a Master of Arts in Performance and Training Technology from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice & Sociology from Bethune-Cookman University.
