Thomas J. Noto

Thomas J. Noto is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics industries. Currently, as the Senior Director of Regulatory Operations at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Noto manages regulatory strategies and oversees IND/CTA submissions. Previous roles include serving as the Regulatory Affairs Operations Director at GE Healthcare Medical Diagnostics, where Noto received the President's Award in 2012, and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Covance, where Noto implemented a comprehensive quality system. At PharmaNet, Noto directed the filing and approval of numerous regulatory submissions, and at ITM Associates, Inc., Noto developed electronic publishing services. Noto's career began as an intern at ADP, following a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Gettysburg College.
