Tom Garner

Tom Garner has an extensive background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercial operations. Tom currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to this role, Tom spent over two decades at Bristol Myers Squibb, where Tom held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President, Head US Cardiovascular & Established Brands. Tom has also been involved in several industry organizations such as AmCham Denmark, Lif - Lægemiddelindustriforeningen, and The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI). Tom also has a strong educational background, with degrees from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD and Columbia Business School.
