Benito has led teams in different practice areas, has advised national and international companies on contractual matters, due diligence, tax planning, structuring financing projects for the acquisition of companies, infrastructure projects, energy, telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised national and international companies in the commercial sector, banking, services, infrastructure, energy, mining, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, trade unions, private public associations, public entities, among others.

Benito has participated representing companies as a party lawyer in Arbitration and Jurisdictional courts, in various complex high-value disputes related to infrastructure projects, energy projects, real estate development projects, highway projects, condominium regimes, distribution contracts, contracts insurance, software development contracts, annulments of shareholders' meeting, corporate agreements, with successful results.

Benito has integrated countless arbitration tribunals as institutional and ad-hoc Arbitrator, in which he has learned about complex, high-value disputes.

In addition to his professional practice, Benito has served as President of the Real de Minas Rotary Club, as a prosecutor on the Board of Directors of the Young Entrepreneurs nucleus of the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
