Product Development Leader at Lexington Medical

Alexandra Nelson has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2018 as a Caregiver for Self-Employed and a Research Assistant for the Medicinal Chemistry Laboratory. In 2018, they also assumed the role of Vice President of Fraternity Development for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. In 2019, they held positions as a Research Assistant for the Neuromuscular and Rehabilitation Robotics Laboratory, Lead Summer Instructor for Brain Monkeys, and Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant for MINI of Ann Arbor. In 2021, they were an Engineering Consultancy Marketing Intern for INVENSITY, and in 2022 they became a Graduate Student Instructor for the University of Michigan Biomedical Engineering and a Product Engineer for Lexington Medical, Inc.

Alexandra Nelson began their education in 2017 when they attended the University of Michigan College of Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science, Engineering - BSE in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering in 2021. Alexandra then continued their education at the University of Michigan, earning a Master of Engineering - MEng in Biomedical/Medical Engineering in 2022. In 2020, Alexandra took part in a study abroad program at University College Dublin, where they studied Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering.
