Jacqueline Hillman has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Jacqueline currently holds the position of VP Corporate Controller at Lexipol since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Solera, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, where they held roles such as Vice President Global Accounting Operations, Senior Director Global Record to Report, and North America Controller (Director). Jacqueline'sprevious experience also includes working at Alcon from 2018 to 2020 as Director/Head Alcon Corporate Financial Assurance, and at Novartis from 2003 to 2018 in various roles, including Director/Head Alcon Division Financial Controls & Compliance and Director, Alcon Finance Integration. Jacqueline began their career at Philips in 1998, where they held roles such as Assistant Product Division Controller, Medical Systems, and Corporate Controller, Consumer Electronics North America.

Jacqueline Hillman has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Finance, General from the European University at Antwerp, Belgium. Jacqueline also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Business Awareness Program - Implementing Strategy at Novartis from Babson College in 2006 and the Novartis HBS Finance Leadership Program from Harvard Business School in 2005.
