Heather Robertson is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property law. Prior roles include Associate at Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh, where responsibilities encompassed advising clients on copyright and trademark law, preparing for legal proceedings, and managing trademark prosecution. Heather's legal career began as an Articling Student, during which time critical research and training initiatives were undertaken. Prior to the legal field, Heather worked as a Laboratory Technician at Cadham Provincial Laboratory, specializing in microbiological preparation and training. Heather holds a J.D. from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Manitoba.
