Jaco Moolman

Jaco Moolman is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of accounting and finance, currently serving as the Acting Chair of the Department of Financial Intelligence and a Senior Lecturer at the University of South Africa since February 2011. Moolman has also contributed substantially to the literature as a co-author of the book 'Managerial Finance,' published by LexisNexis South Africa, which is utilized by numerous universities. Moolman's professional experience includes a term as a Council Member at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) from June 2020 to June 2023, and previous roles as an Internal Audit Manager at OUTsurance and a Trainee Accountant at BKR Logista. Jaco Moolman's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of South Africa, an MCom in Management Accountancy from North-West University, and a BCom (Honours) in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria.
