Renita Sandosham

Renita Sandosham currently serves as the Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations at LexisNexis, having joined the company in September 2023. Previously, Renita held several key leadership roles at Everlaw from February 2019 to March 2023, including VP of People Experience and Senior Director of People Operations, where Renita defined the people vision, established a strong DEI foundation, and led multiple teams to support substantial growth. Renita's earlier experience includes roles at LexisNexis as an Operations Project Manager and Editor, where responsibilities included team development and process streamlining. Additionally, Renita was the Director of Mentoring Programs at San Francisco State University and a Staff Writer at East Bay Times. Renita holds a BA in Journalism from San Francisco State University and an MPA in Public Administration from California State University - East Bay.
