Jen Kratz

Jen Kratz's work experience begins in 1994 at BIOSIS as a Life Sciences Literature Editor/Analyst. Jen then worked at Advanced Biologics, LLC in roles such as Drug Safety Associate and Regulatory Documentation Associate from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Drug Safety Manager at INC Research, Inc and Merck & Co., Inc. Jen joined INC Research in 2008 and held positions such as Drug Safety Manager, Senior Drug Safety Case Manager, and Project Manager. In 2015, they worked at Medical Components, Inc. as Compliance Manager and later took on the role of Director of Clinical Affairs. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Director of Safety Services at Clinlogix. In 2021, they joined NAMSA as a Senior Product Development Strategist. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. Currently, they are the Project Director at Lexitas Pharma Services.

Jen Kratz attended Lehigh University from 1990 to 1994, earning their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Pharmaceuticals from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) in May 2023 and in Management from the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) in March 2018.
