Joe Gonnella

Joe Gonnella has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Global Operations Manager at Lexmark International, Inc. since October 2000. In this role, Joe oversees a significant $100 million contract with UBS, an international bank, and received a promotion based on outstanding client recommendations. Previously, Joe was National Operations Manager at Lexmark, recruited by the VP of Operations as the first operational manager for the company. Before Lexmark, Joe held the position of Northeast Operations Manager at Kodak Imaging Services Inc., where recognition included the Operations Manager of the Year Award for four consecutive years and perfect scores on customer satisfaction surveys. Earlier in Joe's career, as Area Operations Manager at Archer Management Services, management initiatives were successfully executed for high-profile clients like Haagen Dazs and BMW. Joe holds a degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained between 1983 and 1986.
