Luke Ramsay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and economic development. Currently serving as the North America Authorized Service Provider Program Manager and Talent Management Consultant at Lexmark, Luke oversees employee engagement initiatives for a global manufacturing company. Additionally, as the Deputy of Talent and Workforce Strategy at the Metals Innovation Initiative, Luke manages strategy and relationships within the metals manufacturing sector. Involvement with MIT as a REAP Kentucky Champion highlights a commitment to enhancing Kentucky's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Luke is also the CEO of People Engineers, a coaching and consulting firm, and has held various roles in communications and economic development across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.
