Valentin Georgiev

Valentin Georgiev, PMP, ITIL, PSM, is a seasoned Technical Operations Manager at Lexmark with a strong background in managing complex projects and teams. Since July 2013, Valentin has overseen the IMACD process for TD Bank across Canada and the US, leading cross-functional teams to successfully deploy over 8,500 Lexmark printers. With extensive experience in field service, Valentin has effectively coordinated service engineers and resolved customer escalations while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements. Prior roles include Project Manager for Southern Ontario at Logicaisse, handling significant technology projects for Dollarama and MTY, as well as technical support roles at Products Unlimited Corporation and Copylink Ltd. Valentin holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Systems and Technology from the Technical University of Gabrovo.
