Lucy Armitage

Head of Customer Engagement at Lexplore

Lucy Armitage is the Head of Customer Engagement at Lexplore. Lucy has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and training consultation. Prior to joining Lexplore, Lucy was with MLS where they served as the Advisory Service Co-Ordinator from September 2015 to April 2018. Lucy also worked with Blackpool Council as a Public Library Supervisor and Schools’ Library Service Supervisor. In their role as Head of Customer Engagement, Lucy is responsible for developing and managing relationships with Lexplore’s customers.

Lucy Armitage received a BA Hons from the University of Central Lancashire.

They are on a team with Mattias Nilsson Benfatto - Researcher & Founder, Gustaf Öqvist Seimyr - Researcher & Founder. Their manager is Stephen Park, Managing Director.
