Wouter Koudstaal

Wouter Koudstaal has extensive work experience in the scientific field. Wouter is currently the Head of Discovery at Leyden Labs since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Scientific Consultant at the Human Immunome Project from February 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they were a Consultant at Lucidity Biomedical Consulting from October 2018 to March 2021. Wouter also served as the Manager Scientific Writing at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from April 2013 to October 2018. Wouter previously worked at Crucell as the Manager Scientific Writing from October 2009 to April 2013 and as a Scientist from January 2002 to October 2009. Additionally, they were a Visiting Researcher at Imperial College London from January 2009 to October 2009.

Wouter Koudstaal attended Revius Lyceum Doorn from 1990 to 1996, where they completed their Atheneum education. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Biology, General from Utrecht University between 1996 and 2001. Later, Wouter continued their academic journey at the University of Amsterdam from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a PhD in Medicine.
