Erminio Carnicelli

Erminio Carnicelli is an experienced engineer specializing in process development and layout engineering, currently serving at LFoundry since May 2011. In this role, Erminio collaborates with scientists and engineers, provides technical assistance, and contributes to R&D activities in Germany. Prior to LFoundry, Erminio worked at Micron Technology for over a decade, supporting DRAM technology and conducting parametric analysis to enhance production yields. Earlier career roles included process integration and manufacturing technician positions at Texas Instruments, along with technical clerk responsibilities at ELIOS srl and PRO.IM.A s.r.l.
