Federico Franciullo

Federico Franciullo has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in CVD/PVD process engineering. Federico began their career at Micron Technology in 2005, where they worked as a Shift Process Engineer for six years. In this role, they conducted regular monitoring of tool and process performance, analyzed run-to-run information, and implemented solutions to process problems. Federico also handled Quality Deviation Reports and SPC Out Of Control issues.

In 2011, Franciullo joined LFoundry as a PVD Process Engineer. Their responsibilities included creating, optimizing, and maintaining process recipes, improving equipment throughput and availability, and implementing automation and maintenance systems. Federico acted as the primary point of contact for product-specific engineering issues and collaborated with other departments. Federico also conducted continuous performance checks, implemented cost reduction activities, and analyzed deviations and yield-loss issues, employing root cause identification and problem-solving techniques.

Throughout their career, Franciullo demonstrated proficiency in statistical software and troubleshooting yield-related problems. Federico took ownership of area projects and supported research and development activities. Overall, they have a strong background in process development and optimization within the semiconductor industry.

Federico Franciullo obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Università degli Studi dell'Aquila, starting in 1998 and completing their studies in 2004.
