Sara Cameron

Sara Cameron has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sara is currently working as the Human Resources Director at LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from February 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc., Sara worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at NEC Energy Solutions from December 2021 to February 2022.

Sara's career began at Lakeside Book Company in 2004, where they served as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they played a vital role in transitioning the plant through acquisition, company split, bankruptcy, and re-acquisition. Sara maintained positive employee relations, ensured a safe work environment, and successfully executed business objectives. Sara also acted as an interim Regional HR Manager during a transitional period. As part of the facility management team and organizational HR leadership team, Sara functioned as a HR Business Partner, overseeing all HR functions and practices, and contributing to various projects aimed at improving overall company operations. Sara held this position for over 17 years, from February 2004 to December 2021.

Prior to their career in HR, Sara worked as a Legal Secretary at Matera, Vopat, Matera & Johnson from August 2003 to February 2004. Sara also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Cyn Environmental Services from September 2001 to August 2003.

Sara Cameron attended Bridgewater State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Prior to that, they briefly attended Fitchburg State University in 2000-2001, with a major in Psychology. In 2013, Sara began pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and they are currently enrolled in the program.
