Fay Bidlack

Fay Bidlack is a seasoned real estate and business attorney with extensive experience across various legal roles. Currently serving as Real Estate Counsel at LGI Homes since July 2022, Fay previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel with U-Haul International, Inc., focusing on finance and real estate matters. With a robust background at Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, PLC, and Andante Law Group, PLLC, expertise encompasses real estate transactions, business restructuring, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel for Incentive International and working as an associate attorney in catastrophic injury law. Fay began legal training as a Legal Extern for the Honorable David Campbell at the Arizona District Court. Fay holds a Juris Doctor degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Philosophy from Edgewood College.
