Jason Shoup

Jason Shoup has over fifteen years of professional experience in the financial industry. Jason began their career at Citi in 2006, where they held roles such as Head of US Investment Grade Credit Strategy, High Yield Credit Strategy, Relative Value Prop Trading, and Credit Strategy. In 2015, they joined LGIM America as the Deputy Head of US Fixed Income & Head of Global Credit Strategy. Currently, they serve as the Chief Investment Officer at LGIM America.

Jason Shoup obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Seattle University between 1997 and 2002. In addition to those degrees, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Humanities/Humanistic Studies during the same period. Following this, Jason pursued a Master of Financial Engineering (MFE) degree at the University of California, Berkeley from 2005 to 2006.
