Cynthia Cherfan began their work experience in 2004 as an Assistant-Manager at Z'Axe. Cynthia then became a Store Manager at Z'Axe Inc in 2005. In 2011, they joined TD as a customer service Team Manager and later became the Contact Center Manager. In 2016, Cynthia joined LGM Financial Services as a Manager of Service and worked their way up to Senior Manager and Acting Vice-President of Service. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at LGM Financial Services.
Cynthia Cherfan studied Business Administration and Management at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. Cynthia obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2019, and in Insurance Agents & Brokers from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers in December 2006.
