Tim Brandt has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Systems Administrator at LGM Pharma since July 2020, where responsibilities include providing internal support across various systems. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Nexgen Pharma and gained valuable skills in troubleshooting technology issues. Tim's career began with a foundation in desktop support through roles at companies such as FIT Technologies, PSAV, and OverDrive, where expertise in audiovisual equipment and system administration was developed. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Cleveland State University, as well as an Associate degree in Applied Business in Computer Studies and a certificate in Microcomputer Systems Management from earlier academic institutions.
