Yago Del Villar has extensive experience in the private banking industry. Yago started their career at Citigroup in 1999 as a Broker and Project Manager before moving on to Salomon Smith Barney where they served as Vice President and Head of Implementation. In 2004, they joined UBS Wealth Management as Director and Head Mandate Specialist Europe, responsible for investment management and marketing tasks in Europe. At UBS, they also took on the role of Director and Head of Product, overseeing the strategy and development of the stock incentive offering for international corporates. In 2012, Yago joined Credit Suisse as Director and Market Manager for Spain and Portugal, where they developed and implemented the private banking strategy for the Spanish segment. In 2014, they returned to UBS Wealth Management as Executive Director, overseeing Sales Management and Business Development for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. Currently, Yago is the Managing Director and Global Head of Offer Management at LGT Private Banking, responsible for leading the global offer management team.
Yago Del Villar completed their education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Yago later pursued further education at NASD, where they completed the NASD Series 7 certification.
