Bruce D. Greenstein

Bruce D. Greenstein is the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at LHC Group. Prior to joining LHC Group, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from May 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they led the Office of the CTO to provide leadership and direction on data, technology innovation and strategy across The Department of Health and Human Services. Areas of focus included promoting open data and its use to create value, driving more efficient operations through technology utilization, and coordinating strategy across the Department to improve the lives of the American people and the performance of the Department.

From January 2016 to December 2017, Greenstein served as President - West at Quartet Health, a technology company transforming behavioral health. Quartet's technology platform allows seamless communication and collaboration between medical and behavioral health providers, leading to targeted, timely and higher quality patient care. Powered by Quartet's advanced data engine, the company works with health plans and health systems to provide actionable population insights that improve patient outcomes and reduce overall costs. The company is working to realize a society where mental health services are accessible, outcomes-driven, and integrated into primary care.

Greenstein has a long history of public service and commitment to improving the lives of others. Bruce began their career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Western Samoa, where they worked on rural development projects. Bruce later served as a staff member on the U.S. Senate

Bruce D. Greenstein has a BS in Economics and a MS in Public Administration from Florida State University. Bruce also has a field in English Literature. However, they did not finish their degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and instead pursued a career in Political Science/Economics.

They are on a team with Sandy Hogston - Division President of Operations – Cornerstone Home Health Division Home Health, Chris Stagg - Division President of Operations – Coastal Division Home Health, and Holly Franko - Division President of Sales - Journey Division Hospice.
