Mary Harden

Mary Harden, RN, BSN, MSM, currently serves as Executive Director at University Home Health under LHC Group since October 2020, overseeing the operations of a home health agency with two branches in Aiken and Edgefield Counties, while managing an annual budget and supervising over 30 employees. Prior to this role, Mary held various positions at University Health Care System from June 1996 to October 2020, including Director of Home Health and Home Health Administrator, which also involved budget management and staff oversight. Earlier career experience includes positions as Assistant Administrator of Home Health and Director of Mental Health & Respiratory Therapy at Humana Hospital, as well as Program Administrator at Charter Hospital. Mary holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University and a Master of Science in Management from Southern Wesleyan University, alongside degrees in Health Care Management and Respiratory Care Therapy from Southern Illinois University and Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, respectively.
