Mandy Neal

Mandy Neal has significant experience in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the National L&D Resource Coordinator at LHH since August 2013, where support is provided to Business Developers at a regional level. Prior to this role, Mandy worked at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center from 2008 to 2012 as a Human Resources Supervisor, overseeing HR support for multiple department heads and facilitating new employee orientations for a workforce of 240. Earlier in her career, Mandy served as a Recruiter at Adecco Engineering & IT in 2007, where skills were developed in identifying and placing candidates for client companies. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University.
