Kristen Taylor

Kristen Taylor is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning & Development Team Lead for LHi Group since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing a team and collaborating with global counterparts in the UK and Germany to enhance L&D initiatives. Kristen has a solid background in training program development, having previously worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Mitchell Martin Inc., and as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, focusing on full-life cycle recruiting for technology professionals. Earlier roles include Director of Technology Recruiting at RightClick and Professional Recruiter at Insight Global, where Kristen played a key role in opening a new office and recruiting top talent. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Education from the University of Florida.
